Refund and Return Policy
We hope you love every item you order from Looking West. If an item does not meet your expectations, we have made the return process as simple as possible.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item meets the following conditions:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused
- All original tags remain attached
- The item is in its original packaging (e.g., plastic bags, boxes, etc.)
- The item is free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Gift cards
- Items with removed tags
- Underwear and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact us via email at info@lookingwests.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Step 2: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with return instructions within 1-3 business days.
Step 3: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship it back using the return label we provide.
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
• Return shipping cost covered by: Looking West (we will provide a prepaid shipping label)
Wrong size, change of mind, or personal preference
• Return shipping cost covered by: Customer (you must arrange and pay for return shipping)
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. Looking West is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged during transit.
Refund Details
Refund Method: All refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for us to inspect and process your return once it arrives at our warehouse. After the refund is processed, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing times.
Refund Amount: You will be refunded the purchase price of the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect).
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please:
1. Return the original item following the steps above
2. Place a new order for the item you want
This ensures you receive your desired item as quickly as possible, as popular sizes and colors may sell out.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Photos of the issue (including the item, packaging, and shipping label)
- A brief description of the issue
We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift, you may return it in exchange for store credit in the form of an e-gift card. The gift card will be sent to the email address you provide. To process a gift return, please contact us at info@lookingwests.com.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
1. Check your bank or credit card statement again
2. Contact your bank or card issuer—it may take some time for the refund to officially post
3. If you have taken these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@lookingwests.com
Your Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Under applicable state consumer protection laws, you may have additional rights if the item is defective or does not match its description.
