Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM (GMT-7 Mountain Standard Time) may be processed on the next business day.

The delivery times listed above are estimates; the timeframe begins from the date of shipment, not the date the order was placed. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the United States. We use UPS for shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

- Your tracking number

- A direct link to track your package

- Estimated delivery date

You can also track your order status by logging into your account and viewing your "Order History."

Didn't receive the tracking email? Please check your Spam or Junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, please contact us, and we will resend it to you immediately.

Order Delays

While we strive to deliver your order on time, occasional delays may occur due to:

- Carrier delays during peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)

- Weather conditions or natural disasters

- High order volumes during promotions or sales events

- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

If your order experiences a significant delay, please contact us, and we will check the status with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships.

If an order has already shipped and is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping costs. Lost or Stolen Packages

Looking West is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please try the following:

1. Ask neighbors or other household members

2. Check the area around the delivery location (e.g., porch, mailbox, side door, etc.)

3. Wait 24 hourscarriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely

4. Contact the carrier directly to file a claim

5. Email us at info@lookingwests.com, and we will do our best to assist you

Return Shipping Costs

For returns, please refer to our refund policy for details. Here is a brief summary:

- Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costsa prepaid return label will be provided

- Change of mind/personal preference: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
